Overview
As the Director of Food & Beverage Operations, you will oversee all aspects of our Food & Beverage operations, including Culinary, Stewarding, all F&B; Outlets, Banquet Operations, In-Room Dining/Minibar and our 3D Virtual Dinner Theatre (The Magic Table). This role plays a vital part in shaping our guest experiences, while also driving operational excellence, team development, and profitability. The Director of F&B; Ops ensures all service standards are upheld across all F&B; department while building a service-driven and high-performance culture.
