MacDonald Search Group has been asked by our European medical cannabis cultivation client to recruit a Director of Cultivation to lead large‑scale medical cannabis production operations in Portugal.
This is a rare international leadership opportunity for an experienced cultivation professional with a proven track record of producing premium‑quality medical cannabis at scale. The successful candidate will play a key role in optimizing cultivation performance, mentoring cultivation teams, and ensuring compliance with some of the world’s most stringent medical cannabis production standards.
