Director of Inside Sales (51526) Toronto, Canada
Salary: CAD - CAD per annum
Location : Downtown Toronto (10 minute walk from Union Station)
Hours : 100% in-office, Monday - Friday 8:45am-5:00pm (may vary)
We’re partnering with a high-growth, market-leading B2B services company to hire a Director of Inside Sales - a key leadership role reporting directly to the CEO (Canada) at a critical stage of expansion.
This is a hands‑on leadership role, not a desk‑based position.
You’ll lead a high‑performing outbound sales function of 80+ reps and 6 managers across Toronto and Vancouver, setting the pace on the floor and driving performance daily.
