We are currently seeking a Director of Lateral Growth who will be responsible for managing the Corporate Practice Group’s lateral partner growth efforts in the United States under the direction of the Chief Strategy and Growth Officer; Chief of Lateral Partner Recruiting; and Corporate Practice Group Leaders. This role requires experience in identifying and integrating top legal talent in alignment with the firm’s growth strategy and a thorough understanding of the markets served by the firm’s transactional practice groups.
