We are recruiting on behalf of a leading full truckload brokerage company for an experienced Director of Operations . This is an in-office role, reporting directly to the Vice President of Operations, overseeing logistics coordinators, client relationships, and trucking partners across Canada.
Director of Operations Freight Brokerage (FTL)
Compensation: $130,000 $140,000 + Car Allowance + Strong Bonus

- Lead and manage a large team of logistics coordinators, ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction
