Position Summary
Reporting to the site General Manager, the Director of Operations will manage daily production, inventory, and logistics to ensure safe, efficient, cost‑effective, and timely delivery to customers. The role oversees strategy, growth, and profitability targets for the facility, maintaining safety, quality, delivery, inventory, productivity, and lean objectives. Additional responsibilities include plant management, manufacturing operations, supply chain, capital equipment, facilities planning, workforce development, and operations strategy deployment.
