Director of School Operations Employer: Saskatchewan Distance Learning Centre
Location: Saskatoon (other locations: Kenaston, Regina)
Employment terms: Full‑Time, Indefinite
Salary: $108,612 to $141,168
Responsibilities Operational Systems Management
Support and optimize the use of DLCgo (Genius), Moodle, MSS, and other operational systems.
Manage Genius processes including gradebook reviews, levelling oversight, workflow improvements, and support for new Genius personnel.
Populate and maintain operational resources within the Campus Corral and Continuous Learning and Improvement Portal (CLIP) platforms.
Ensure timely and accurate updates to operational documents, resources, templates, and internal systems.
Coordinate student levelling processes, communication emails, and system transitions.
