Job Description
Skills and experience expected include:
- An AQF Certificate II or at least one year of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience supporting individuals with disabilities, including those with complex needs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Understanding of NDIS Practice Standards and person-centred care principles.
