Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control plans for display and optics suppliers.
- Set up and execute IQC/IPQC/OQC plans (Incoming, In-Process, Outgoing Quality Control).
- Manage full supply chain inspection, measurement, and test correlation (GR&R).
- Drive clean room and ESD management and improvement.
- Perform PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) and process quality control.
- Track and resolve issues through production phases, including failure-mode and root-cause analysis.
- Lead quality & yield improvement and corrective actions (FA/CA).
- Work closely with display and optics vendors to ensure component quality.
- Collaborate with internal engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams to ensure specs are met at component, module integrator, and system levels.
