Job Description
We are looking for a Manage Services Engineer to join Devoteam Managed Services. We focus on developing solutions end to end within Cloud Providers and its technologies.
Manage and maintain hybrid and multi-cloud environments, ensuring infrastructure, middleware, and database systems are consistently available, scalable, and operational.
Perform routine activities, including security updates, OS patching, database maintenance, index rebuilding, and backups, documenting all operational processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex infrastructure or database issues, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and continuously improve the environment.
Manage monitoring and observability solutions, such as AWS CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Google Cloud Monitoring, Grafana, and Prometheus, to identify and address performance and availability issues before they impact the business.
