Job Description

The purpose of this role is to support a specific unit of our distributor partner from local sales managers to sales reps and lead them to execute our strategy in the Downtrade channel in a given geographical area through business tracking, action planning, training, market visits and motivation in order to deliver a 100% implementation of agreed Perfect Store standards and Trade Marketing Plans.

 Deliver on sales, distribution, coverage, and Perfect Store targets. Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement. Fulfil all reports in due dates, use reports to analyze and develop the distributor KPIs.
