Job Description
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Store Managers across the Turkey,
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
- To monitor customer service standards and ensure customer loyalty.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, operational and visual standarts.
- Oversee all aspects of store operations including inventory, staffing, and service excellence.
- Analyze performance data and KPI’s to identify opportunities for improvement and implement action plans.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (HR, Marketing,Logistics and Procurement) to align local execution with corporate strategy.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay informed on retail market trends, customer expectations, and competitor activity.
