Job Description
Eaton's ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Division CI Leader.
**What you'll do**:**Job summary**1.
Drive the OPEX strategic vision and roadmaps for all Plants in RWD: Haina, Las Piedras, Cuautitlan, Lincoln, DWDE, Juarez, Charlotte and Monterrey2.
Provide expertise for Eaton Business System Tools and training including EBS Pull, OpA, EBS-A, and other tools3.
Drive Cost-Out Accountability for the Division including monthly Cost-out Calls and follow-ups4.
Provide support for Functional Groups at the Division Level for Kaizens, problem solving, and to ensure EBS adherence.5.
