Lead the Agricultural Division in Southern Alberta with Brandt as the Division Manager, based in High River. Drive sales, manage branches, and develop a motivated workforce.
Brandt is in search of a skilled Division Manager for its Southern Alberta area. This role requires progressive management experience and focuses on achieving sales growth and profitability across Agriculture branches. You will oversee asset management, employee development, and accounts receivable, all while ensuring long-term success for the company and its employees.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and execute annual budgets for branches
• Achieve sales growth in wholegoods, parts, service, and administration
• Manage asset turn and aging, ensuring inventory mix is right
• Develop all employees for a motivated workforce
• Evaluate manager performances using established KPIs
Requirements:
• Several years of progressive management experience
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
