DSEL is seeking a Site Inspector who excels in AutoCAD and project coordination to join our Contract Administration department. Engage in a hybrid model, balancing office tasks with on-site inspections.
This role is pivotal for overseeing construction projects efficiently across the Greater Toronto Area, including Erin and Brantford. You will inspect and document site progress, communicate with various agencies, and prepare necessary reports. A strong foundation in Microsoft Excel and Word is essential for managing field activities and documentation effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Liaise with contractors and municipalities as site contacts
• Conduct inspections and document all findings
• Coordinate with project managers and other professionals
• Create field reports and as-built drawings
• Organize and lead construction meetings
