What does your day-to-day in this role look like:
- Deliver digital customer support, handling inquiries, debt communication, service-related questions and sales opportunities while contributing to revenue and company objectives.
- Manage and respond to requests from customers and external authorities (police, judicial and regulatory bodies, ombudsman), ensuring accurate, compliant and timely case resolution.
