Hira Talent is recruiting a Dutch-speaking Customer Advisor / Sales Representative for a fully remote position based in Portugal. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an international company and support Dutch-speaking customers from anywhere in Portugal.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts in Dutch via phone, email, and chat
- Advise customers on products and services in a consultative, solution-oriented way
- Identify sales opportunities and convert leads into customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Dutch-speaking clients
- Meet individual and team sales targets consistently
- Log and update customer interactions accurately in the CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Requirements
- Dutch (C1/C2); written and spoken
- Good command of English (B2 or above)
