Your responsibilities will include:Ensuring strict adherence to company policies, industry standards, and statutory regulations by regularly monitoring compliance and conducting audits with relevant authorities.Managing the maintenance, repair, and breakdown analysis of critical utility equipment including DG Sets, Compressors, Air Dryers, Hot Water Generators, HVAC systems, AHUs, HT and LT electrical panels, among others.Coordinating the planning and execution of preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend equipment lifecycle.Overseeing resource planning and consumption tracking for spares, ensuring availability of critical parts through Fault Mode and E...
