Job Description
Drive substantial construction projects as a Construction Superintendent passionate about safety and quality. Lead teams in the execution of $30–50M projects with a focus on risk prevention.
You will report to the VP of Construction and manage site activities with a hands-on approach. This role requires a strong background in delivering multi-million dollar projects, along with the ability to address risks proactively. With a focus on civil works and finishes, you will ensure that every aspect of the project is executed flawlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote Health & Safety program on-site
• Plan and oversee project activities from start to finish
• Identify and communicate potential project risks
• Coordinate delivery schedules for critical materials
• Direct day-to-day site operations and activities
