Job: Dynamics365 Business Analyst
Location: Melbourne, VIC
Contract: 6 months fixed term or Contract
Business Analysis & Stakeholder Engagement
- Conduct workshops and requirement gathering sessions with business and technology stakeholders.
- Understand current-state processes and identify opportunities for optimisation and automation.
- Translate business requirements into user stories, functional specifications and acceptance criteria.
- Support prioritisation and backlog refinement activities.
D365 CE Functional Responsibilities
- Drive functional design and solution configuration across D365 CE modules.
- Work closely with architects and development teams to ensure solution alignment.
