This full-time position based in Kitchener, Ontario focuses on managing operations related to Long-Term Service Agreements. You will develop strategies for maintenance and operational excellence while fostering a customer-centric approach within your team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the scope and schedule for BESS commissioning tasks
• Drive performance and manage preventative maintenance practices
• Integrate operations in project proposals for optimal performance
• Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines
• Audit parts management and field documentation practices
Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years of service experience, especially in electrical systems
• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred
