Main SkillRelease ManagerRequired Qualifications - Proven senior-level experience as a Release Manager, preferably within Salesforce ecosystems supporting medium to large-scale organizations.
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including:
- Environment strategy (Dev, QA, UAT, Pre-Prod, Prod)
- Metadata types and dependencies
- Platform governance limits and deployment impacts
- Solid hands-on experience with Flosum for Salesforce version control, pipeline management, conflict resolution, and change auditing.
- Practical experience with GitHub and Bitbucket, including:
- Branching strategies (Gitflow, trunk-based development, release branches)
- Pull requests, code reviews, and repository governance
- Experience designing and operating CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce, integrating Git repositories, Flosum, and automation tools.
