Job Description
Lead strategic growth as Brandt's Division Manager in the Eastern Region, based in Vars. Drive sales, manage assets, and develop a motivated workforce across multiple branches.
This position requires a highly motivated individual with at least 10 years in the heavy equipment industry, including 5 years in management. You will oversee sales growth, asset management, and employee development while achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and market share goals to ensure long-term success.
