Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and EEG Technologist to perform a variety of specialized diagnostic procedures. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in neurodiagnostic or cardiopulmonary testing and demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality, age-appropriate care to all patients. This role may also include responsibilities for in-service education and orientation of new staff as assigned.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a range of neurological and cardiopulmonary diagnostic procedures according to approved protocols and physician orders.
- Review and assess clinical data to evaluate the appropriateness and medical necessity of ordered tests.
- Set up, calibrate, and verify diagnostic equipment prior to patient procedures.
- Conduct and modify testing procedures as required, ensuring accuracy and patient safety.
