**Job Description**:
Ensure the effective implementation of environmental, health, and safety management systems in new plant opening projects.
Ensuring compliance with applicable legal regulations (NOMs, environmental laws, STPS, SEMARNAT, etc.) and corporate standards from the planning stage through operational start-up.
**Responsabilities**:
