As a Registered Practical Nurse with the County of Lambton, you'll monitor care provision within a Long-Term Care Home and lead the nursing team towards enhancing Elder wellbeing. You will assess needs using the RAI-MDS tool, create care plans, and closely monitor medication effectiveness. Your guidance will support Personal Support Workers, ensuring quality care and education for both staff and families.
