Job Description
We are seeking an Electrical Engineer (advanced English) to join our Maintenance team in San Luis Potosí, Mexico.
Requirements (Advanced English oral and written)- Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronic Engineer, or related engineering degree
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Engineer, performing duties as a supervisor responsible for an area in electrical maintenance
- Proficiency in maintenance techniques, both preventive and corrective
- Knowledge of PLC programming, communication networks, AC and DC drives, and high, medium, and low voltage systems
- Strong understanding of electric motors and regulation systems (control theory)
- Proven experience in project management, continuous improvement, and budget management
- Area electricians, shift coordinators, and electronics technicians
