Job Description

Position Summary
The Project Manager (PM) will be responsible for all aspects of project management, including startup, obtaining electrical permits, preparing tenders, budgets, estimates and construction schedules. The PM will work with in-house and external construction personnel to ensure project construction is executed in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining integrity of design and will work closely with the organization to ensure feasibility and costing of projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Work with Project Managers and Foremen to review electrical drawings and perform counts as Required.
Project planning - Development of the project plan, budget, and goals.
Review and fully understand contract and project documents.
Produce and maintain a construction schedule to monitor job progress.
