Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose hardware and software problems accurately
• Log all service interactions in Salesforce
• Offer remote phone support when at home
• Facilitate customer training on Arrow equipment
• Keep distributors updated on technical assistance
Requirements:
• Community College Diploma in Electronics or similar
