Job Description
Full Time Continuing Elementary Counsellor Position: Elementary Counsellor supporting students in various elementary schools in 100 Mile House and area. Schedule will be determined in consultation with the District Principal of Inclusive Education.
Salary Salary based on current grid, verification of BC TQS and years of service from previous employers. Current salary range: $63,347.00 to $116,190.00 per annum, paid over 10 months.
Special Qualifications Required
Training and experience teaching at the elementary level
A minimum of three years successful teaching experience
Master's degree in Counselling Psychology or related field from an institution recognized by the Teacher Regulation Branch, with training in school counselling theory and techniques
A professional teaching certificate and full membership of British Columbia Teachers' Federation and College of Teachers
Valid BC Driver's License and vehicle available
