Zeeland Public Schools has a great opportunity for an Elementary School Principal at New Groningen Elementary School. The Elementary Principal is the chief administrator and educational leader of the staff and student body and serves in a collaborative role for the campus. Under the direction of the superintendent, s/he shall be the ultimate responsible authority for all personnel in the assigned building. In Zeeland Public Schools, given our unique “One Academic Program with Two Mascots” approach, it is crucial that our elementary principals work with their colleagues across the district to have similar programs in all buildings.
In the conduct of administration within the school environment, the maintenance of effective communication, the promotion of staff and student participation, the advancement of staff and student morale are recognized as essential components of the principal’s action.
