Job Description
For major Multinational, Ecosistemas is seeking for a Business Analyst with more than 2 years of experience in similar positions.
Responsibilities
- Capture business requirements for new projects and system enhancements
- Work directly with users and developers to understand requirements, align solutions, set delivery priorities, and communicate status
- Monitor mailbox in order to address new issues or capture change requests
- Prioritize work and assign developers
- Create, track, and manage TeamTrack/TeamSite tickets for change control
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years BA experience
- Experience working on a small team
- Experience working on multiple efforts
- Experience working with users located in different world areas
- Good communication skills
- Process oriented with a customer satisfaction focus
