Employee Relations Manager
The Employee Relations Manager will support the Director and lead the Employee Relations team, driving performance, policy compliance, and continuous improvement across regions.
Responsibilities
- Support the Director in driving the team's key accountabilities, including performance improvement, policy management, and leveraging data analysis & reporting to provide actionable insights.
- Lead and mentor a team of Employee Relations Advisors, ensuring consistency in case management and effective execution of processes across regions.
- Oversee the intake process managed by the Advisors, ensuring cases are escalated appropriately and assigned to Senior Advisors as needed.
- Provide day‑to‑day direction to Senior Advisors, ensuring balanced caseloads and supporting the resolution of complex investigations.
