In this essential position, reporting to the Senior Manager of Supportive Living, you will manage the casual and floater employee workforce across Silvera’s diverse communities. Your role involves analyzing workforce requirements, coordinating shifts, and ensuring optimal employee deployment for quality senior services. You will support Community Leadership with scheduling and workforce planning to enhance operational efficiency.
