As a Servicedesk Facilities desk agent, you contribute to providing the best possible customer experience for staff and students in facilities. Servicedesk Facilities ensures that users can submit their reports to them and that the staff efficiently resolve these reports.

Your job

As a Servicedesk Facilities desk agent, you contribute to providing the best possible customer experience for staff and students in facilities. Servicedesk Facilities (SDF) at Wageningen University & Research coordinates and monitors all facility-related reports submitted by staff and students. As an SDF desk agent, you answer questions, provide first-line support, refer issues, and coordinate facilities-related reports.
