About the Program

The Economic Planning Board (EPB) includes monitoring current and anticipated future economic climates and providing the Jamat with relevant and timely programmatic support in the areas of employment, entrepreneurship, financial literacy and business.



The Employment Lead is a senior-level role responsible for overseeing all employment-related efforts within EPB. This includes directly supporting job seekers, leading a team of employment volunteers, and working closely with internal and external partners to create meaningful pathways to employment. This is a hands-on role requiring someone who is proactive, organized, and capable of driving results while maintaining a respectful, service-oriented approach.
