Key Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite EUC L1 and Smart Hands support
- Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices
- Perform hardware installation, replacement, and basic break/fix support
- Assist with basic network connectivity and cabling tasks
- Update tickets and document completed work activities
- Coordinate with remote technical teams and follow operational procedures
Required Skills:
