About the Role
We're hiring a senior Engagement Lead / Project Manager to own delivery of a Marketing Cloud implementation for a Canadian client in a regulated industry. You'll be the single point of accountability for scope, schedule, budget, and client relationship, and you'll lead a cross‑functional team across architecture, consulting, development, data, and QA.
This role is based in Canada due to data residency requirements, and candidates must be comfortable with a client‑led background check.
What You’ll Do
Delivery Leadership
- Own the end‑to‑end project plan, milestones, and delivery schedule
- Run weekly steering committees, status reporting, and risk reviews
- Manage scope, change requests, and commercial governance
