Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee & support in the management of EMS Commercial and Operations to ensure delivery, cost, and quality goals are met.
- Aggressively drive cost reduction through best-in-class sourcing and lean manufacturing practices.
- Expedite component suppliers and escalate material shortages through formal channels to support on-time delivery (OTD).
- Conduct periodic review of existing vendors, provide, negotiate and execute recommendations to ensure vendor performance on pricing, quality and delivery.
- Independently resolve and de-escalate issues with available resources and tools, while driving necessary improvements.
- Confidently manage E&O through waterfall analysis and drive mitigation & reduction.
- Strong ability to work across-functional teams globally to achieve goals.

- Bachelor's degree in engineering.
