Transform product design at Masco Canada as an Intermediate Product Engineering Designer based in St. Thomas, ON. Engage in a hybrid work model focused on 3D modeling, prototyping, and engineering standards compliance.
Your primary responsibility will be to support our Engineering team in designing and improving products, ensuring they meet performance and manufacturability benchmarks. Use your CAD expertise to contribute to new launches and continuous design enhancement projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create detailed engineering drawings and 3D models
• Ensure alignment with project goals through teamwork
• Contribute to cost-reduction and value engineering initiatives
• Maintain up-to-date design documentation as per standards
• Assist in the prototyping and validation of designs
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in design or engineering drafting roles
• Proficient in CAD software; DFM understanding required
