Engineering Manager – Applications, BI & AI Enablement The Role: We are looking for a hands‑on Engineering Manager who combines technical leadership, people management, and delivery accountability across application development, business intelligence, and AI‑enabled engineering practices. This is a player‑coach role responsible for building strong engineers and analysts, owning solution quality end‑to‑end, and embedding modern, AI‑assisted ways of working into everyday delivery.
