Job Description
We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to lead one of our product squads as we grow from 2 to 3 teams.
At Zeffy, developers own their targets end-to-end. Your role is to ensure clarity of ownership, sharp prioritization, and high standards across efficiency, security, stability, and performance.
What you’ll do
- Lead a team of fully autonomous full-stack Dev Owners and design the environment in which they thrive. (rituals, 1:1s, feedback, personal growth).
- Own your squad’s efficiency and delivery within our 2-month cycles.
- Partner with Product and Design to build the simplest, highest-impact solutions.
- Ensure strong standards across code quality, security, stability, and performance.
- Act as Hiring Manager and help scale the team.
