Job Description
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop, monitor, and report key engineering performance metrics.
- Track engineers' workload and capacity in coordination with Engineering Managers.
- Consolidate data and produce executive-level presentations (Ops Reviews, All Hands, etc.).
- Support requirements gathering for engineering dashboards.
- Create and standardize site and group presentation formats.
- Coordinate timelines and content with managers for internal/external reviews.
- Support site review meetings, documenting actions and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Track and report engineers' progress in training programs.
- Maintain and update skill matrix documentation with input from functional leads.
- Coordinate 1-on-1 meetings and coaching to promote well-being.
- Oversee compliance monitoring on-site, especially during construction or hiring phases.
