Position Summary
The Enterprise Delivery Manager (EDM) ensures stable delivery, clear requirements, and predictable execution for our largest enterprise customers—owning delivery coordination, release sequencing, and cross-functional execution while maintaining client accountability and internal boundaries.
Key Responsibilities
- Own enterprise release calendars and production readiness
- Coordinate deployments across internal and client teams
- Ensure client-owned prerequisites are completed before work proceeds
- Lead requirements gathering and clarification; define acceptance criteria and actionable work items
- Lead client process and operational change
