You Will
- Ensure the application and monitoring of the Resort's hygiene policy.
- Support and monitor the implementation of SOPs and specific new standards defined in our Resorts.
- Ensure proactive communication with BU and Resort teams.
- Act as an internal and external reference within the Resort.
- Propose changes and implement feedback to improve protocols for future seasons.
- Raise awareness of Club Med's actions among our customers and teams, and ensure that all our employees are involved in the Safe Together program.
