Environmental Project Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Model and reinforce safe work practices on every project, creating a positive and accountable field environment.
- Draft and maintain health and safety plans and emergency response plans for field programs.
- Build and manage schedules for field staff and subcontractors, tracking constraints, access, and daily changes.
- Coordinate with municipalities, regulators, and site stakeholders to support permits, access, and reporting needs.
- Conduct occasional field work (soil, groundwater, surface water, and vapour programs) and support remediation oversight.
- Coach and train junior staff on core field and investigation practices (Phase I/II ESA support, drilling oversight, surveying, and groundwater sampling).
