Key responsibilities:
Responsible for organizing regular review of compliance to local laws and permits to identify potential gaps (now and future).Ensure compliance by defining action plans to close the gaps with permits and legislation compliance. This includes setting clear and actionable milestones, managing internal and external stakeholders and assessing the feasibility of potential solutions.Develop the environmental management system in line with BC global expectations, following up on actions and ensuring these are implemented within the given timelinesContinuous improvement by sharing and implementing best practices within BCEducate and engage the site(s) for the Circular Economy ambitions of BC.Drive the priorities to achieve Zero Landfill and significantly improve Waste recycling and valorization.Lead the incident and root cause analysis of major and critical environment i...
