Overview
Envoyage Canada is part of Flight Centre Travel Group. As National Sales Director, you will lead and scale Envoyage Canada’s national sales engine in a high-growth environment. This is a senior leadership role driving agent and agency growth, market share, TTV, and profitability. You will be the face of Envoyage in Canada, building partnerships and shaping strategy as part of the Canada Envoyage Leadership Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop the national Business Development Manager (BDM) team, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Drive national sales strategy to grow agents, agencies, market share, TTV, and profitability
- Own recruitment and onboarding of new independent travel agents and agencies into the Envoyage Canada network
- Build and execute structured prospecting strategies to identify, engage, and convert new members
