Estimator

RESPONSABILITIE

In the role of Estimator , you will play a key role in driving sales growth by analyzing and qualifying requests, and preparing accurate project cost estimates. More precisely, you will have to :

• Analyze projects as a whole to properly plan steps and costs;
• Interpret accurately technical specifications in tender documents;
• Participate in sourcing suppliers and subcontractors and in managing tender requests;
• Communicate with project stakeholders and build business relationships with suppliers, professional firms, and subcontractors;
• Estimate the cost of materials, labor, equipment, tools, and subcontracting using the management software;
• Prepare and submit final proposals to clients;
• Coordinate project bid closures with the responsible parties;
• Collaborate with the team for project start-up (project manager, foreman, etc.);
