Overview
As Executive Recruitment Analyst, you will be an integral part of RBC's Employee Experience team, accountable for supporting Executive Recruitment initiatives. You will work alongside colleagues focused on employee experience, developing talent and building a winning culture.
Responsibilities
- Recruitment Coordination: Coordinate all aspects of the executive search process from requisition to offer acceptance, schedule and organize interviews with stakeholders, manage candidate communication, arrange travel and logistics, distribute interview materials, and track recruitment activities.
- Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential executive candidates, build and maintain talent pipelines, and create reports and presentations on recruitment metrics and market insights.
